Broom finish overlays and repairs are a great way to fix concrete that is coming
apart. Either patch fix and blend, or fill-in and overlay to look like newly poured
concrete. This is a less evasive, cheaper option then a costly tear-out and replace. I
use the Flex-c-ment product. This product doesn't react to our "freeze / thaw" Utah
weather, so your concrete will stay intact. I use a salt protector with it, so salt will not
to horizontal or even a vertical wall. You can choose different finishes, stamps and
